Our Career Coaching, which highlights Career Advancement Strategies for women, is highly-focused on results. You WILL achieve your goals if you focus on taking all the actions that we agree on. You will find that you really cannot get away from taking the right actions that will eventually lead you to achieving your desired career goals. 

Dr Anderson is both an NLP Practitioner and an Accountability Coach. She will help help you discover your fears and the limiting beliefs that may be getting in your way of being in a successful career. Her Career coaching sessions will enable you to understand what you really want in a career. Our various Psychometric Tests, will make your career potentials so much clearer than ever before.



We apply the G.R.O.W. Model in our coaching Sessions in order to ensure that we leave no stone unturned to help you do the following:
==>> G: Goal – Clarify your Goal to specific details. We will guide you on how to set S.M.A.R.T. Goals – that is: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time limited.
==>> R: Reality – We will look at the Reality of your Current Situation: Your Strengths and Weakenesses, eg – current resources, current obstacles in your way to success, your biggest concerns, your own emotions etc – to help us decipher the best next steps.
==>> O: Options – We will look at your possible options, eg: skills upgrade-like some useful training/courses, shadowing successful or more advanced colleagues etc, brainstorming options with you, and letting you choose the best option for your growth.
==>> W: Way Forward – Action Plan – we will create an action plan for you to follow strictly, so you can begin to achieve results as soon as possible.

Your Coach will hold you accountable. That means that once you have agreed your Action Plan with your Coach, she will expect you to carry out the actions promptly.

Here’s What You You Will Get From Our One-to-One Coaching: 

Career Coaching Programme.

We offer a six session career coaching programme which is designed to deliver real results. This could be to help you identify and take that next steps in your professional life, or to support you through a career transition. Six sessions is the minimum package we offer in order to ensure that you get the best results. You are, of course, free to continue your coaching with us after the first six sessions.

Here’s What you’ll get:

  • Minimum of six x 90 minutes 1:1 coaching sessions, every 2 weeks via a Zoom video call.

  • Pre-Session Assignments given to help you evaluate your coaching needs and goals and to understand your journey to date

  • We will follow our signature G.R.O.W coaching model (described above) and you will receive lots of coaching tools and techniques to support your journey. We might use a selection of NLP and or CBT coaching techniques to help you move forward positively and rewrite unhelpful behaviours and unhealthy narrative, like limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviours and thoghts, procrastination, undue fears, etc.

  • Included within the cost of the programme is DISC Psychometric/Personality Testing,(which on its own, costs £300.00), that will show you clearly – who you really are, your likes and dislikes and a clear understanding of how you interact with other people.

  • After each session you will get a follow-up email containing a brief summary, the key actions and topics for the following session to help keep you on track.

Investment: Packages start at £1,200 including VAT. 


There are payment programmes available on request. Prices are dependent on the number of sessions and the complexity of issues and outcomes sought.

There are optional upgrades to the six session programme to incorporate separate sessions using CBT techniques or EQ-i psychometric assessment.

EQ-i is a psychometric assessment which is used to assess your emotional intelligence and provides an in-depth understanding of the components of emotional intelligence and how you can further develop this skill to work better with colleagues, understand your own behaviours and preferences and to find greater satisfaction and fulfilment at work. A full psychometric profile, report and coaching session is £300 including VAT when combined with a career coaching programme.

The DISC Testing is £300 including VAT if requested on its own, per person tested.


This is designed for leaders, executives or any one who want to scale their careers to new heights within a short period of time. 

1-2-1 Coaching Session
One-off 1-2-1 session designed to address a specific challenge, whether that’s to prepare for that interview, big presentation or address a specific issue, or challenge that’s holding you back. These sessions often lead to big breakthroughs and shifts that allow you to make decisions quicker, faster and with more confidence.


What you’ll get:

One full Day: 10am-4pm with breaks to enhance concentration. Virtual on Zoom or in-person after the COVID19 Lockdown.
Pre-Session questionnaire to highlight what you want to achieve and what a successful outcome would look like for you.
Focused coaching session to help you create a clear plan of action and goals.

We might use NLP / CBT coaching techniques, depending on the topic and your needs.

One-off 1-2-1 Coaching Sessions start at £1,000 including VAT.
